Required Documents
Please prepare the following at the time of arrangement. Our staff will assist you with any items that are still pending.
Death Certificate REQUIRED
Original or certified true copy issued by the attending physician, hospital, or health authority.
Valid ID of Next of Kin REQUIRED
Any government-issued photo ID of the immediate family member arranging the services.
Burial / Cremation Permit REQUIRED
Issued by the Local Civil Registrar. Our team can assist in processing this on your behalf.
Cemetery Plot Documents
Proof of ownership or lease agreement for the burial plot, if interment is planned.
Insurance or Memorial Plan
Life insurance policy or pre-arranged memorial plan documents, if applicable to the arrangement.
